Comes with insert but no obi. Sleeve has a little sun fading at the spine, a crease in the lower right hand corner and a little creasing/wear around the corners but still presents quite well. Vinyl is clean and glossy. Very rare Japanese edition of this classic album. Very hard to come by and believe me, we're looking.
