Comes with obi and insert. Vinyl is in great shape barring a surface mark on side 2 that doesn't cause any major issues.. Sleeve has some creasing here and there and corner dings on the bottom two corners. Obi has a tear and a small bit missing. I think this still presents quite well though and sounds great.
